Conforming to BS5839-pt6 Grade D, this alarm has a 10-year warranty, hush button, test button and a 10-year lithium backup battery. It can be interconnected to up to 23 other Kidde mains alarms. The battery is included.
Ionisation alarms are suitable for fast-flaming fires and are good for landings and living rooms - a house should have a combination of optical and ionisation
Do not use in or near to a kitchen or shower room
Fixing requires two little screws and wallplugs (included) to screw to ceiling or use sticky pads
Note If you are using mini-trunking, the Kidde SMK23 ceiling pattress will be needed |
