How To Claim

In the unlikely event that you do find the same product for a lower price, you will need to contact us within 7 days of the date of your order and we will need the following information from you:

verification of the lower price, including details of the advertising web page – the product must be identical, authentic (not imported), accurately priced and must include delivery costs
your full name and email address
your invoice or order number from your purchase

We will then refund the difference immediately and in full.
