If you are not happy, for any reason, with a product bought from us up to 30 days after purchase, just return it to us in the same as new condition you received it (and in the same packaging) and we will either exchange the product or give you a complete and instant refund – no questions asked.
How to Return Goods to Essential Fire Safety
All you have to do is contact us within 30 days or receipt of your product or products so that we can explain the returns procedure and supply the returns address. Please provide your name, address and invoice number so we can find your order details. It’s that simple.
Important Note to Read
You must contact us before sending back returns as our office address does not accept them and will refuse. You are also advised to use a delivery service with tracking and to pack the goods well as we will only refund if the goods actually arrive.
And, finally, we can have the item collected but we do deduct the cost of returning the products to us from the refund amount (our carrier's return cost is around £5.00 + vat for up to 5kg but we can confirm the true cost before arranging collection).
